MEGA Annual General Meeting (2017)

The Annual General Meeting is one of the most important events of the Mechanical Engineering Graduate Association (MEGA). This year, it will take place on April 28 (Friday) from 4pm to 8:00pm at the conference room in CEME. If you are interested in being a part of the MEGA executive team, please nominate yourself with your desired position by sending an email to ubcmega@gmail.com.

Everyone is welcomed to join the AGM.
From 4:00pm to 5:30pm:
*Mega executives will summarize what have been done in the past year
*Nominees will give a short presentation
*You can vote for the candidates whom you would like to support
*PIZZA will be served

This will be followed by a GAME Night (5:40pm to 8pm), we will prepare video games, board/card games, and foosball.

If you are or have been thinking of becoming an executive of MEGA, it’s time for you to take the action and make things happen. Available positions are
