Ahmad Mohmmadpanha (PhD. P.Eng.) is UBC alumni. He started his career in Forest Product Innovation (FP) as a project manager in 2013. In 2019, he received faculty position offers from the University of Regina and the University of British Columbia. Currently, he is an adjunct professor and instructor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering (UBC) while holding his former position in FP. He is bringing us 6 years of experience working in an Industrial setup and valuable advice on applying for academia.
He will cover the following items in his talk:
1. P.Eng and EIT application procedure.
2. How to prepare for post-graduate life.
3. Preparing a CV and Cover Letter for industrial jobs.
4. Preparing a CV and Cover Letter for academic jobs.
